How to register your NPI with your Payers

• Each Payer will have their registration procedures. As MedAvant receives Payer registration information we will post it, by Payer, on our web site.
• Not all payers will notify MedAvant of their requirements, so you must be sure to contact each of your Payers and register your NPI with them.
• MedAvant has registration information from many Payers.

How to report your NPI to MedAvant
MedAvant encourages providers to share their NPI with us to avoid possible delays in receiving Payer responses and ERAs.  Here is how to record your NPI with us so we can enter it into our PhoenixSM production system.

• If you are a myMedAvant Portal customer, then use the Enrollment service.  Sites and Providers now have a new NPI field. Once you enter it here it will automatically be added to our system.
• If you are not a myMedAvant customer then complete our 
  NPI spreadsheet  and send it to MedAvant enrollment.

ERA NPI Enrollment
MedAvant requires providers NPI in order to match the ERA with the appropriate practice.  Please complete the attached NPI ERA enrollment spreadsheet and return it to MedAvant via e-mail at provider.enrollment@medavanthealth.com.
